“ERROR: This phone has an invalid security certificate. Please contact Verizon Customer Care.”
This is not an issue that the NRB can fix. The certificate tells the network that the device is authorized to connect for service; once that error appear, it means that the certificate is corrupted and cannot be re-issued. The only thing that can be done is to replace the phone itself. The NRB does not have access to issue replacements.
