One Talk Add portal Users

Warning

  1. Login to One Talk Portal  Login Instructions
  2. Go to the Company Users Page 
    1. Click Manage
    2. Click Company
    3. Click Company Users
  3. Add New User or Edit Existing User.

  6. Adding Members of your own organization, 
        1. Phone Number needs to be able to receive calls or txt messages by the person you intend to give access for security codes. 
        2. Email needs to be what the user has access to for security codes too. 
        3. If you want them to be able to Correct Caller NAME ID, they need the administrator Role.  Definitions below. 
        4. Caller NAME ID for external outbound calls requires the ability to Add/Remove Features from a line (Feature Name: Share Name ID) 
  7. Definition of the Roles.
      1. Administrator: allows full control of the account including billing payments and adding services that potentially have costs associated
      2. Product and Service: only allows programming of the Chosen products in the case of these instructions only allows programing One Talk lines already on the account
        1. This does not allow adding Hunt Groups(even though they have no cost), Correcting  Caller Name ID (unable to change features on a Line), and several other things. 
  8. For the Add product tools screen 
    1. Make sure there's a Check mark on Select all then click Manage One Talk group(s) (Don't Worry about the unchecked boxes as long as select all is checked. )
    2. One Talk Assignments  You want Select all and Current and Future groups. Like the picture below. 
  9. Wireless Access page 
      1. Select Billing Structure (Will have red line if selected)
      2. Click Select all Oval Shaped button (May have to scroll down. )
        1.   it will change to this  
      3. Then Click Save. 
      4. The system may or may not ask you to authenticate with a security passcode again to complete this process. 
  10. Confirmation Email:

    • After completing these steps, please email team@percfab.com to confirm adding Percfab as users to your account.
    • Include your business name and your name in the email for proper access configuration.
    • Include the Time and Date you Authenticate with the security passcode, without this we will not be able to access the information on your account.
