Action required.

One Talk CP860 Conference Phone will no longer work after December 31, 2024. This is to serve as notice ofan upcoming end of life (EOL) for one of the One Talk devices currently in use with the service.

The current Conference Phone (SKU: CP860) will be reaching end of life on December 31, 2024 and will no longer be operational after that date. It's important that you/your customers take action immediately so that you/they do not experience a disruption in service.

Verizon stopped the selling of the CP860 five years ago and has since provided service and support services for it, for all our customers.

The CP860 has reached an EOD (end of development) and EOSL (End of Service life).

We have excellent new alternatives available for purchase in the One Talk portfolio to continue supporting and helping to grow your business.
