One Talk issue issue affecting Visual Voicemail

There is currently a known network issue affecting Visual Voicemail on the mobile and PC apps that seems to impact them when used via Wi-Fi, ethernet or broadband. For mobile customers, the best solution is to switch off Wi-Fi and try again via LTE.

However, for PC apps, this is rarely an option. Please tell your customers to call in to support 800.922.0204  or 611 from any Verizon Phone and ask for NRB tickets to be opened so that we can have a complete picture of the impact—whether it is the mobile app or the PC.
