Apple Devices (iPhones and iPads)
Activating the One Talk application will require access to the email address with activation permissions on your One Talk account.
1. From the One Talk app login screen, tap Get Started.
Note: Make sure all the permissions are allowed before proceeding to the next step.
2. Tap Continue.
3. Tap the One Talk Phone Number field.
4. Enter your One Talk Phone Number
Note: Up to five different devices can share the same phone number.
5. Tap the Device Name field.
6. Enter your preferred device name.
Note: This is the name this device will be referred to in settings.
7. Tap done.
8. Tap Request PIN.
Note: After this step, you’ll receive an email with the activation pin for this application.
9. Tap the Enter Pin field.
10. Enter the PIN provided in your email.
11. Tap Activate.
12. Tap the Name field.
13. Enter your name.
Note: You may populate other relevant information, but the only required fields are you name.
14. Tap done.
15. Tap Done again.
16. Tap Next.
17. Tap Next again.
18. Tap Next again.
19. Select your preferred calling option.
20. You’ve completed the steps!
Android Devices
Activating the One Talk application will require access to the email address with activation permissions on your One Talk account.
1. From the application, tap Get Started.
2. Tap Allow.
3. Tap Allow again.
4. Tap Continue.
5. Tap the One Talk Phone Number field.
6. Enter your One Talk phone number.
Note: Up to five different devices can share the same phone number.
7. Tap the Device Name field.
8. Enter your preferred device name.
Note: This is the name this device will be referred to in settings.
9. Tap the Check Mark icon.
10. Tap Request pin.
Note: After this step, you’ll receive an email with the activation pin for this application.
11. Tap the Enter pin field.
12. Enter the PIN provided in your email.
13. Tap Activate.
14. Tap the Name field.
15. Enter your name.
Note: You may also populate other relevant information, but the only required field is your name.
16. Tap Done.
17. Tap Next.
18. Tap Next again.
19. Tap Next again.
20. Select your preferred calling option.
21. You’ve completed the steps!
