Direct Transfer

1. While on an active call press “Transfer” (Do Not Press Hold)
   
2. Dial the extension, speed dial number or the full 10 digit phone number you want to transfer the call to.  
   
3. Press “Direct”
   
4. Transfer is now complete
   

Second option for Direct Transfer 

(With Physical Speed Dial Button)

1. While on an active call (Do Not Press Hold)
   
2. Press the pre set speed dial button on the phone 
   
3. Transfer Complete
   

Consult Transfer

(For a Warm/Soft Transfer)

1. While on an active call press “Transfer” (Do Not Press Hold)
   
2. Dial the extension, speed dial number or the full 10 digit phone number you want to transfer the call to.  
   
3. Press “Consult.” Talk to your receiving party while your client is on hold.
   
4. Press “Transfer” one more time, to connect the two parties.
   
5. Transfer Complete
   

Transfer to voicemail

1. While on an active call press “Transfer” (Do Not Press Hold)
   
2. Dial **55 and the extension.  (ie.  **55101 for extension 101’s Voicemail)
   
3. Press “Direct” 
   
4. Transfer is now complete.
   

Programming Speed Dials

1. Select an open (soft) button you want to use.
   
2. Press and hold that selected button for 3-4 seconds.
   
3. Press to change “N/A” to “Speed Dial” by pressing the right arrow key once.
   
4. Press the down arrow key twice,  keeping the account ID as “line 1.”
   
5. Set a Label:  This is what the button will say on screen.  Use the number keypad to type here. 
   

1. If you need to change characters you can press each digit multiple times. For example,  the number 2 on the keypad could be “a” “b,” “c”,  or even capital “A, B, C.”
   
2. To put a punctuation, use the star button. (ie star star = period). The decimal can be used as a space to keep your label shorter 
   

6. Press the down arrow 
   
7. Under the 4th line, “Value,” dial the extension, speed dial number or the full 10 digit phone number you want to set.
   

1. Comma is the same as pause  (Not all phone firmwares support pause)
   
2. You have to press star key twice to input star
   

8. Press “Save” 
   
9. Test speed dial button
   
10. Complete
    

Conference Call While Dialing New Call

1. Start with one active call.
   
2. Press “Hold”
   
3. Press “NewCall”
   
4. Dial the extension, speed dial number or the full 10 digit phone number you want to add to the call.
   
5. Press “Send”
   
6. After they pick up the call, talk to your receiving party while your client is on hold.
   
7. Press “More”
   
8. Press “Conference” to conference the lines together.
   
9. Phone should now read “Conference” on the open Line.
   
10. Hang up when the conference call is complete. 
    

Conference Two Active Calls Together

1. With 1 call on hold and the other active. Press “More”
   
2. Press “Conference”
   
3. This will open a third line on the phone and automatically push both calls on to that line.
   
4. Phone should now read “Conference” on the open Line.
   
5. Conference Complete.
