My One Talk desk phone is not receiving calls even after turning off DND and Call Forwarding

Reboot the desk phone to refresh its registration. If it still will not ring, power-cycle the phone and network cable. As a last resort, contact support for a factory reset or provisioning check.

When to use

  1. You already turned off DND and Call Forwarding Always
  2. Outbound calls work, inbound do not

Prerequisites

  1. Physical access to the desk phone
  2. Ability to unplug and plug in cables

Steps

  1. Soft reboot from the phone: from the main screen, press and hold the Cancel or X key until the phone offers a reboot and confirm.
  2. Power-cycle the phone: unplug the round power cable. If your phone uses PoE, unplug the Ethernet from the Internet/LAN port; wait 30 seconds and plug it back in.
  3. Verify registration: after the phone comes back up, place a test call to your number and confirm it rings.
  4. If the issue persists: the phone may need a factory reset and reprovisioning. Contact PercFab support for guidance before resetting.
