One Talk Call Forwarding on HuntGroups

  1. Login to OneTalk Portal  Login Instructions
  2. Make sure you are in the correct group  The +  is how you view all the groups

  3. Set up your Schedule - 
    1. Create Business / After Hours Schedule
    2. Create Holiday Schedule
    3. Modify Existing Schedule
    4. Deleting a Schedule
  4. On the right side of the screen Select Manage Features

      1. Select User Features then Call Forwarding
  5. select the correct Phone line.  
      1. by clicking Selective under Call Forwarding
      2. Find the number that you need scheduled forwarding turned on.
        1. Toggle on Forwarding under status.  Then Add new


      3. Enter the phone number that you are forwarding calls to then select the schedule that you created.  This could be a Business or Holiday Schedule.  you need a Business schedule to set a Holiday Schedule. 

      4. Click Submit
